Why I started Dwell Cincinnati

In 2013, my dad entered a new, challenging phase of life. His live-in partner passed away, he was having mobility issues, and routine caretaking was becoming an issue. I spent more time looking in on him and ensuring he had what he needed. As things progressed, I had to bring in outside help. I realized that he would eventually need to transition from living independently in his home.

He became frustrated and resentful at his lack of agency and independence. After injuries and other health struggles, he passed away in 2014.

After having been through his entire process with him and looking for support and resources on my own, I knew there had to be a better way.

I took my existing real estate experience and became a Certified Senior Housing Professional.  

Now I’ve created a team of knowledgeable professionals to help with every aspect of making a smooth, stress-free housing change specifically for seniors. From downsizing and moving to financial advice and senior housing experts, we take the guesswork of what to do and how to do it.

My work has never been more fulfilling, and I look ward to helping seniors and their families for years to come.

For over 17 years real estate has been my professional passion. I love the experience of guiding families to find homes that are the perfect fit for them.
